# Shipping Information
Kaioride Auto Spare Parts Trading Limited provides global shipping service for auto spare parts.

## Shipping Methods
We offer multiple delivery options including air freight, sea freight and express courier (DHL / FedEx). We will recommend the best shipping solution according to your order volume, delivery time requirement and destination country.

## Lead Time
- In-stock items: Goods can be dispatched within 7–14 working days after deposit confirmation.
- Out-of-stock / customized parts: Delivery lead time will be confirmed separately in the proforma invoice.

## Shipping Cost
Freight cost is quoted separately and not included in the product unit price. Shipping fee depends on package weight, volume, destination and transport method.

## Customs & Import Duties
Buyer is responsible for all destination customs clearance, import duties, taxes and any local handling fees. We will provide commercial invoice and packing list for customs declaration.

## Delivery Risk
Once goods leave our warehouse, risks of loss or damage during transit belong to the buyer. We suggest buying cargo insurance for high-value orders.

## Tracking
After shipment, we will send tracking number to you. You can track your cargo online.

## Notes
Delivery delays may happen due to customs inspection, bad weather, airline schedule adjustment or other force majeure events. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure.
