### <strong>1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?</strong>
We are a Hong Kong registered auto spare parts trading company. We cooperate with multiple reliable factories and suppliers to offer wide-range auto replacement parts for global buyers.

### <strong>2. Can I get a quotation?</strong>
Yes. Please send us the part number, VIN code, car model or product photos. Our team will calculate the best price for you within 24 working hours.

### <strong>3. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?</strong>
Most spare parts support small trial orders. Some special or custom items have MOQ requirements, which will be noted in the quotation.

### <strong>4. How long is your delivery lead time?</strong>
Stock items: 3–7 working days after deposit.
Non-stock items: Lead time will be confirmed separately in PI (Proforma Invoice).

### <strong>5. What shipping methods can you provide?</strong>
Air freight, sea freight and international express (DHL, FedEx). We will suggest suitable shipping way based on your order volume and schedule.

### <strong>6. Who will pay for customs duty and import tax?</strong>
Buyer shall bear all destination customs fees, import duties and local taxes. We will provide commercial invoice and packing list for customs clearance.

### <strong>7. What payment terms do you accept?</strong>
We accept T/T bank transfer. Deposit is required before production or shipment.

### <strong>8. Can I return or refund goods?</strong>
Returns are only accepted for quality issues. Customers must provide photos/videos within 7 working days after receiving goods. Wrong order caused by incorrect information from buyer cannot be refunded.

### <strong>9. How can I track my shipment?</strong>
Once shipped, we will send you tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can track the cargo online.

### <strong>10. What if the item I need is out of stock?</strong>
We will check our supply chain and inform you of restock time or alternative compatible spare parts.
