# POLICY FOR BUYERS
This Policy For Buyers applies to all customers, purchasers and buyers placing orders with Kaioride Auto Spare Parts Trading Limited. By submitting inquiries and placing orders, buyers acknowledge and agree to comply with all the terms below.

### <strong>1. PRODUCT SELECTION & PART CONFIRMATION</strong>
Buyer shall provide accurate vehicle VIN, part number, car model, year and product specifications for spare parts matching. Our team will cross-check based only on information submitted by buyer. We are not liable for mismatched parts caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by buyer.

### <strong>2. QUOTATION VALIDITY & PRICE</strong>
All quotations remain valid for 7 working days unless a written extension is issued. Prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuation, raw material cost or stock shortage. Quoted prices exclude freight, insurance, destination import duties, customs fees and local taxes.

### <strong>3. ORDER & PAYMENT RULES</strong>
The order is officially confirmed only after buyer receives the Proforma Invoice (PI) and completes the agreed deposit payment. Verbal discussions or chat messages shall not be treated as binding contracts. Balance payment must be settled before shipment as agreed. Orders will be suspended if payment is overdue.

### <strong>4. DELIVERY & SHIPMENT</strong>
Estimated lead time is shown on PI. Delays may happen due to stock shortage, supplier issues, customs inspection, bad weather or force majeure. We will notify buyer of major delays but are not responsible for indirect losses caused by late delivery. Buyer is responsible for all destination customs clearance and related charges.

### <strong>5. GOODS INSPECTION & CLAIM PERIOD</strong>
Buyer must inspect packages and spare parts within 7 working days after receiving goods. Any claims for shortage, damage or manufacturing defects must be submitted with clear photos and video evidence within this time frame. Claims submitted after expiry will not be accepted.

### <strong>6. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE</strong>
Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY for confirmed factory manufacturing defects. Wrong parts selected by buyer, wrong specification due to buyer’s input error, normal wearing consumable parts cannot be returned or refunded. All return shipping fees shall be borne by buyer unless agreed in writing.

### <strong>7. MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION OF ORDER</strong>
Buyer can request order modification or cancellation before goods are sourced and packed. Once procurement or packaging starts, cancellation will not be permitted and relevant handling costs will be charged. Any changes must be confirmed in writing by our sales team.

### <strong>8. RISK TRANSFER</strong>
Risk of loss, theft or damage to goods transfers to buyer immediately after goods leave our warehouse. We recommend purchasing cargo insurance for high-value orders.

### <strong>9. CONFIDENTIALITY</strong>
Buyer shall keep all quotations, PI, pricing and business information obtained from our company confidential. It is prohibited to share our commercial data with third parties without written approval.

### <strong>10. POLICY AMENDMENT</strong>
Kaioride Auto Spare Parts Trading Limited reserves the right to revise this Policy For Buyers at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on the official website. Continued purchasing means acceptance of updated policy.
